Swedish film En underbar jävla jul (A Holy Mess) number one at cinemas

Nouvago Capital's investment, En underbar jävla jul (A Holy Mess), has recorded the best opening of a local film in 2015. Just a week after the premiere the film is passing Bond Spectre and has now reached the top of the Swedish film list.

- It's amazing that the film already has reached and touched such a large audience. I wanted to tell a story of our time that would spread hope and love, and the reception shows that it probably worked, says actress-writer-director Helena Bergström.

- This is our second successful collaboration with talented company Sweetwater Production. We look forward to continuing our long-standing relationship together, says Frank Bonn, CEO of Nouvago Capital.

En underbar jävla jul (A Holy Mess) is Swedish award winning actress-writer-director Helena Bergström's forth film and Helena co-wrote it with Edward af Sillén and Daniel Réhn. The cast includes Guldbagge Award winning actors Robert Gustafsson and Maria Lundqvist, Anastasios Soulis, Anton Lundqvist, Rakel Wärmländer, Michalis Koutsogiannakis, Helena Bergström, Inga Landré, among others. Petra Jönsson produced the film for Sweetwater Production, and Svensk Filmindustri's handling local distribution. See the trailer below.
